Female ginseng for women and men

About the plant

Dang Gui root, also called female ginseng, has been used for centuries throughout the Orient to promote women’s health.  It promotes blood flow, relieve pain and may stimulate estrogen-like responses. In dermatology the herb has been found to benefit the complexion by improving blood circulation in the skin to replenish the nutrients essential for clearing blemishes. Angelica extracts also support hair growth and act against eczema, neurodermic dermatitis, and psoriasis. The bioactives include ferulic acid, flavonoids and phytosterols, some of which may be active as phytoestrogens.
